We're starting to compile the survey results now. Lots of really interesting feedback. We will be using all of the feedback as part of our future development.

It was pleasing to see that nearly 90% of referees surveyed at the end of winter competition say they're likely coming back. The key to realising that number next year, as retention, is staying engaged.

A few interesting stats...

• More than 50% of people use mobile devices to get their information.
• A lot of people still rely on their email for their appointment information.
• Friday night and the weekend mornings are most likely time for people to check their appointments.
